• Active license or willingness to obtain licensure to practice psychology in DC, MD, and/or VA
• For post-doc applicants: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program, AND completion of a Pre-Doctoral Internship at an APA-accredited internship site
• A commitment to providing multiculturally competent care
• One or more of the following areas of interest:
  • Populations: teens, adults, parents, athletes, high-performing professionals, third culture kids
  • Clinical Areas: anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, health psychology, disordered eating, trauma, ADHD/executive functioning, couple and family therapy
• Strong focus and commitment to extraordinary levels of client satisfaction
• Interest in supervising, teaching, and/or providing psychoeducational programming to the community
• Self-motivation to learn and accept constructive criticism to improve care
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness
