Our Practice
PTG’s mission is to provide tailored, quality mental wellness services in order to prevent burnout in high-performing individuals. We do this by achieving a daily dose of “good enough” while continually pursuing excellence.
We help improve one’s sense of self, relationships with others, and overall life satisfaction. Our team doesn’t subscribe to a “one size fits all” approach here – we listen and adapt to you.
Our team also values transparency and feedback throughout our work with clients, so we encourage clients to ask questions and let us know what’s working or not. This collaborative approach is what helps us attain the most optimal outcomes.
What Sets Us Apart
- Mental Wellness Visits
- We are at the forefront of preventive and personalized care, offering semi-annual wellness visits with follow-up booster sessions based on client needs.
- Rooted in Science
- We offer evidence-based treatment grounded in clinical research. We are a trusted source of mental health information shared by expert clinicians.
- Comprehensive and Collaborative Care
- We treat the whole person, not just symptoms of distress, through coordinated care with the PTG team as well as other providers.
- Above and Beyond
- We provide clinical knowledge dissemination and outreach to support clients and our community through blogs, newsletters, social media, presentations, and public engagement.
- Flexible Scheduling
- We offer before- and after-work appointments, as well as in-person and virtual options. We have special “floating session” options for medical providers with ever-changing rotating schedules (i.e. appointments on different days/times, but regular meeting frequency).

- Individualized care is available for your mental health needs and target areas - e.g., sleep improvement sessions, assessment for OCD and PTSD, etc.

Committed to Top-Notch, Collaborative Care
We offer live training opportunities to members of our team to enhance the care we provide to the community we serve.
Clients may be asked permission for team members to observe or participate in conducting services, with the goal of teaching providers different ways to address concerns.
Clients can always decline with no worries that this decision will impact the care they receive.
