Taylor serves an important role at PTG, helping the Executive Director manage practice operations. Her attention to detail, natural curiosity, and empathic demeanor help her streamline processes, deliver high-quality client care, increase community engagement, and streamline marketing and social media.
Her background in communications and ability to think multiple steps ahead is tremendously valuable as she takes care of staff needs, responds quickly to client questions, and organizes marketing and outreach efforts (e.g., sharing updated research and information and planning events with community partners).
